IF YOUR AGE GROUP IS UNDER 16 ON ROBLOX, SEND A TRUSTED FRIEND REQUEST TO URCHost ON ROBLOX!!
The event will take place on October 31st in Roblox. Gravel rally.
You do not need to sign up to participate, you are free to use any URC car in the spawner. If you'd like to enter your own car though, please either send the car to sander_rr on Discord or email it to rddnetworks on Gmail with your Roblox username before October 30th!
Recce will be open from October 26th to 1 hour before the event on October 31st. This allows you to get familiar with the stages and make pacenotes if you want. All competition vehicles will be available only during the event.
Please join the first stage around 5 minutes before it starts. For all remaining stages you will be teleported to them. Sometimes Roblox likes to teleport players to separate servers, in this case if your server gets shut down please rejoin the stage.
While the stages use certain in-game clock times, the weather will be set according to the forecast by Thursday evening to ensure private runs and the actual event will have equal weather conditions. All stages except SS2 Harju are fictional though and will use the weather of whatever city, town or village the stage is named after. The weather can affect visibility and road conditions.
If you are unable to participate at the scheduled time, please message sander_rr on Discord or email rddnetworks on Gmail to agree on a time for your runs on Friday, October 30th.
The first two stages can be very dark and other stages may have blind crests or poor conditions depending on the weather, therefore having a co-driver is strongly recommended. If you're unable to get one, try to memorise at least the first stage during the recce as the stage can be near impossible to navigate at full speed in the dark without any previous knowledge of it.

COMPETITION RULES
Follow the timer at the start and only start once it hits 0 seconds. If you're first in the starting line you may start as soon as the timer hits 0 if URCHost is in the game too.
If you know you're slower than other drivers, try to start further back.
Don't block anyone or make anyone crash. This also applies to the start line. If anyone is faster behind you, let them pass safely.
You are allowed to respawn your car on the stage if it gets stuck or falls off the map, as long as you stay on the map and don't die. If you die or reset your character, you have retired from the stage and you are NOT allowed to do any more runs of that stage. You are free to start to the next stages though.
You are allowed only one run per stage. Second runs will not be given unless permission is given from URCHost. If you do not finish a stage, you'll have retired from the stage but you can start to the next ones. DNF on a stage is a 5 minute penalty for you (added to the fastest time on the stage)
Big cuts are not allowed and may give CCs (corner cuts). Each CC is a 5 second penalty added to your time.
You must follow the stage route and not do it backwards. You must pass the start line, all splits and the finish line properly. Missing any of them means your time won't be recorded and it will be a DNF from the stage.
This is a gravel event, therefore if you have multiple setups use the gravel one.
Be nice to others! You absolutely can get disqualified from the event for making it an unfriendly environment.
Use common sense, don't act stupid and just have fun. If something is not mentioned here and you feel like it's probably not allowed, it most likely is not. You're free to always ask and specify anything though. Let's make it a fun, enjoyable and memorable event together!
If you break any rules or abuse any loopholes, you may be given penalties, get disqualified from stages or the event or in most severe cases get banned from all URC events and services completely.
REGULATIONS FOR CARS
If you wish to enter your own car, it must follow these rules:
The vehicle must be an usual 4 wheeled rally car. No unrealistic builds or tunes. Fictional cars are perfectly fine, but avoid submitting anything that doesn't look like a rally car.
There are no limits to the tune, but don't make it too unrealistic. It should behave like a rally car in a rally game would.
No unrealistically big or small cars. No troll entries.
No viruses or unnecessary scripts in the model (unnecessary = doesn't affect the car, visuals or the HUD in any way, but rather affects something completely different from the car)
No liveries that break the Roblox ToS (no inappropriate logos or images, no links, logos of brands of alcohol, tobacco, etc.)
The car must have functional headlights (actually gives light to see in the dark) and functional rear lights (just having them be lit up is enough, no actual lights necessary) for the dark stages. Don't make the lights extremely bright - please make sure they look good before you submit your car! The dark stages use soft lighting style.
Don't use super high quality cars or anything that makes lower end PCs lag. You do not need parts that aren't even visible (for example under the hood) or tris for every millimeter of the car. Try to reduce the tris if possible.
Use common sense. If something is not mentioned here and you feel like it's probably not allowed, it most likely is not. You're free to always ask and specify anything though.
We have the full right to decline your entry if it doesn't follow the rules or seems too extreme for the event.
