RBR Season 2

GENERAL

1. Our rallies will be hosted in RallySimFans’ Richard Burns Rally game, which you can download from https://rallysimfans.hu/ 

2. Changes to the rulebook and schedules may be done at any moment. All drivers in the Discord server will be notified with a ping of any changes, the URC website will be updated to display the latest information and changes will be added under the Notices of Season 2. Any changes related to the calendar or schedule will be announced no less than 24 hours before the event, unless it is an emergency. 

3. Any member can and should let the organiser(s) immediately know of any issues, people breaking rules, and should help in any investigations. 

PARTICIPATION

1. This season you don't have to be in our Discord to participate. The passwords to rallies will be shared in our Discord server and on the URC website. Rallies require a password to enter to prevent people who aren't interested in the championship from participating.

2. You don't need to sign up for any rallies or the season. Participating in a rally (except Pre-Season Testing) will automatically enter you to the championship.

3. You can only use one car during the season. You will pick your car during your first rally (except Pre-Season Testing, you're allowed to use any car there). Participating in future rallies with a different car will get you disqualified from those rallies.

4. Driver can only sign up with one account. Any use of alts is strictly prohibited.

VEHICLES

1. Anyone can choose any vehicle of their liking from the list of available vehicles during their first rally.

2. All cars from the R5 and Rally2 classes are available to use. These count as a single class.

3. Drivers cannot change their car during the season.

RALLIES

1. The driver can choose when they would like to do the stages. They have 7 days to do so.

2. Each event starts on Monday and ends on Sunday, unless specified otherwise.

3. All drivers in the Discord server will be notified when a new rally is up, delayed, cancelled or if there are any changes. Drivers outside of the Discord server should keep regularly checking the URC website.

4. The driver must make sure all of their stage results have been saved and submitted. If there are any technical errors with it, the organiser will not take any responsibility and won’t give the driver any second chances. 

5. If the driver loses connection during the rally or encounters any other issues and cannot continue the rally from the Continue Rally button, their result will be DNF.

6. If the driver retires, they can use SuperRally to continue on from the next leg. SuperRally will not be available for the last leg. Retiring on the last leg will result in a DNF. If the driver uses SuperRally for more than 50% of the stages, they will be disqualified from the rally. 

7. The final stage will be the power stage, which gives the fastest drivers extra points.

8. The driver with the most stage wins in a rally earns extra 2 points. If multiple drivers are tied for the most stage wins, the driver with the earliest stage win will earn the points.

9. Drivers should keep the replays of their runs until the results of that rally have been announced. The organiser holds the right to ask anyone for their replays until results have been announced.

10. Organiser has the right to either disqualify or add penalties to the drivers who have broken any of the rally rules. Certain violations of the rally rules and Discord server rules can lead to temporary or permanent bans from the server and/or from participating in the rallies. 

RESULTS

1. You can check the provisional standings of the rally on the RSF site.

2. Final results will be posted in the Discord server and standings will be updated on the URC website.

3. The driver with the most points at the end of the season will be crowned the champion.

4. If two or more drivers have the same result at the end of the rally, the positions are decided by the amount of stage wins. If they have the same amount of stage wins, the positions are decided by the results of the first stage and if that's tied, it goes on to second stage etc. If it's still tied after all that, both drivers get the points for the higher position.

5. If two or more drivers have the same amount of points by the end of the season, the driver with more wins will get the higher place. If they have an equal amount of wins, the driver with the most second places gets the higher place and so on. If it's still tied after all that, the results of the last rally decide the positions and so on.

POINTS

1. Rally points will be distributed according to the list below:

1st - 20

2nd - 16

3rd - 14

4th - 12

5th - 10

6th - 8

7th - 6

8th - 4

9th - 2

10th - 1

2. Power stage points will be distributed according to the list below:

1st - 3

2nd - 2

3rd - 1

3. The driver with the most stage wins earns 2 extra points. If multiple drivers are tied for the most stage wins, the driver with the earliest stage win will earn the points.

CONSTRUCTORS' CHAMPIONSHIP

1. Only the top 2 best scoring drivers of the constructor in each rally earn points for that constructor from that rally.

2. The constructor with the most points at the end of the season will be crowned the champion.

3. If two or more constructors have the same amount of points by the end of the season, the constructor with most wins will get the higher place. If they have the equal amount of wins, the constructor with the best result in the latest rally will get the highest place and so on. 

PRIZES

1. The crowned drivers' champion can pick any $5 (or equivalent) gift card as their prize.

2. If the crowned drivers' champion is in the Discord server, they will receive the RBR S2 Champion role.
