Regarding participation and champion's prize

We'll run a promotion rally this week, if it fails to bring enough drivers into the championship we'll make the following rule change:

Champion's prize is only available in case we have at least 5 drivers who have completed at least 50% of the rallies by the end of the season (DNF also counts as completed if it happened in the last leg)
