URC RBR RULEBOOK

for season 1

1 GENERAL

1.1 Our rallies will be hosted in RallySimFans’ Richard Burns Rally game,

which you can download from https://rallysimfans.hu/

1.2 Changes to the rulebook and schedules may be done at any moment. All

drivers will be notified of any changes. Any changes related to the calendar or

schedule will be announced no less than 24 hours before the event, unless it

is an emergency.

1.3 All rallies will be created by Sander_rr.

1.4 Any member can and should let the organiser(s) immediately know of any

issues, people breaking rules, and should help in any investigations.

2 PARTICIPATION

2.1 Anyone with an RSF account is allowed to sign up as a driver.

2.2 Signing up and participating is completely free.

2.3 Only drivers who have successfully signed up in the #driver-signup

channel are allowed to participate.

2.3.1 Successful sign up means you have done the sign up correctly

and you have received the driver role.

2.3.2 If there are any issues with your sign up, the owner will contact

you.

2.4 Banned participants are not allowed to participate in the season.

2.5. You can only participate in one car that you will choose during sign up.

2.5.1 You are not allowed to change cars.

2.6 Driver must sign up with their correct RSF username. If the username

changes during the season, the driver must notify the organiser.

2.7 Driver can only sign up with one account. Any use of alts is strictly

prohibited.

3 VEHICLES

3.1 Anyone can choose any vehicle of their liking from the list of available

vehicles during sign up.

3.2 The following vehicles are available for this season:

3.2.1 Skoda Fabia R5 Evo

3.2.2 Citroen C3 R5

3.2.3 VW Polo GTI R5

3.2.4 Peugeot 208 T16 R5

3.2.5 Ford Fiesta R5

3.2.6 Hyundai i20 R5

4 RALLIES

4.1 The driver can choose when they would like to do the stages. They have

7 days to do so.

4.2 Each event starts on Monday and ends on Sunday.

4.3 All drivers will be notified when new rally is up in the #rally-

announcements channel. The announcement will include a password to enter

the rally.

4.3.1 Passwords may NOT be shared with anyone!

4.4 The driver must make sure all of their stage results have been saved and

submitted. If there are any technical errors with it, the organiser will not take

any responsibility and won’t give the driver any second chances.

4.5 If the driver loses connection during the rally or encounters any other

issues and cannot continue the rally from the Continue Rally button, their

result will be DNF.

4.6 The driver cannot switch cars during the season.

4.7 The driver must use the exact same car that they signed up with. If they

are using any other car, they will get disqualified from the rally.

4.8 If the driver retires, they can use SuperRally to continue on from the next

leg.

4.8.1 SuperRally will not be available for the last leg. Retiring on the last

leg will result in a DNF.

4.8.2 If the driver uses SuperRally for more than 50% of the stages,

they will be disqualified from the rally.

4.9 The final stage will be the power stage, which gives the fastest drivers

extra points. Points will be distributed according to point 6 in the rulebook.

4.10 Drivers should keep the replays of their runs until the results of that rally

have been announced. The organiser holds the right to ask anyone for their

replays until results have been announced.

4.11 Organiser has the right to either disqualify or add penalties to the drivers

who have broken any of the rally rules. Certain violations of the rally rules and

Discord server rules can lead to temporary or permanent bans from the

server and/or from participating in the rallies.

5 RESULTS

5.1 You can check the provisional standings of the rally on the RSF site.

5.2 Final results will be posted in the #results channel in the Discord server.

5.3 The driver with the most points at the end of the season will be crowned

the champion.

5.3.1 If two or more drivers have the same amount of points by the end

of the season, the driver with most wins will get the higher place. If they

have the equal amount of wins, the driver with the best result in the

latest rally will get the highest place and so on.

6 POINTS

6.1 Rally points will be distributed according to the table below

7 CONSTRUCTORS’ CHAMPIONSHIP

7.1 There are 6 constructors participating in the constructors’ championship:

Skoda, Citroen, VW, Peugeot, Ford and Hyundai.

7.2 Each constructor can only have one model of vehicle in the list of

available vehicles in the season.

7.3 Only the 2 best scoring drivers of the constructor in each rally earn points

for that constructor from that rally.

7.3.1 For example in case the constructor has 4 drivers in a rally and

they earn 30, 16, 8 and 0 points then the constructor only earns

30+16=46 points from the rally.

8 PRIZES

8.1 The crowned champion of the season can pick one prize from the list of

available prizes:

8.1.1 Nitro Basic for 1 month

8.1.2 Any Steam game under $5

8.1.3 Steam Random Key Platinum
